Free printable worksheets for ages 5–14
Ten questions per topic, drawn from that topic's own practice bank, with an answer key below the last question that folds under before the sheet goes to a child. Most sheets fit on one A4 page. Two picture sheets for the youngest run to a second page rather than shrink their pictures, and the Maths and Analytical sheets for ages 9 to 14 leave room for working and add a page of worked answers for the teacher. Every subject is written five times over — once for each age group — so a seven-year-old and a thirteen-year-old never get the same sheet.

Math
Number sense first, then the arithmetic and the shapes, measures and data work that school actually examines. Each topic ends in a Practice Zone that builds a fresh question set every visit.

Analytical
The reasoning no subject teaches directly: spotting patterns, following a rule, working backwards from a result, and telling a sound argument from a plausible one.

General Knowledge
The world outside the syllabus — countries and flags, landmarks, the human body, history, space and the natural world. Broad, curious, and the quickest route to a child who asks questions.

Science
Living things, materials, forces, energy and Earth — taught as things that happen rather than things to memorise, and pitched at the year the child is actually in.

EQ
Emotional intelligence, taken as seriously as arithmetic: naming feelings, reading other people, handling frustration and pressure, friendship, kindness and repair after a fight.

English
Phonics and vocabulary through to grammar, comprehension and writing that holds together — the mechanics of reading and being understood.

Riddles, lateral thinking, codes and logic grids. The subject with no syllabus, kept because it is the one children choose on their own.

Where these come from
Every sheet is drawn from the Practice Zone of a free TaniLearn learning trail — the same questions a child meets in the app, fixed onto paper so they can be done away from a screen. The app builds a fresh set on every visit; a worksheet is one set you can hold.
