Whatever you write in about, these are the clocks we hold ourselves to:

• Any message or complaint — acknowledged within 48 hours.
• Refund requests — decided within 7 working days; an approved refund reaches your bank 5–10 working days after we release it (refund policy).
• Privacy and data requests — access, correction, deletion, portability — answered within 30 days (privacy policy).
• Escalated complaints — resolved within 30 days.
